β β β β β I normally enjoy shopping at this stor but to day i found that they had cut off disabled parks in fron of shop to put out and display garden compost bags when i as a staff member he said they have been there since labour weekend and there was a lot more of them they moving inside slowly they only have around 4 disabled parks and these bags could have been put along the wall

β β β β β Wouldnβt let me collect my product via click and collect when there was stock. Cancelled my order and tried to make me pay full price. Had to get supervisor to give me the discount price I paid for. Terrible service

β β β β β I purchased 3 items at the perfume counter as my last item I wanted was perfume. The young man put sale through easy as apart from the security device which was on a set of head phones. He advised me to go to Angel who was the security person at the door. I walked over to her of which she didn't even want to acknowledge me first off. I asked if she could please take off the security device as the guy couldn't and I handed her the receipt. It seemed like 5 minutes of her looking at my receipt of which the head phones were first scanned, she took off the device and handed it back to me. Angel seemed to have an attitude issue and trying to act superior. Thinking she needs to be trained on customer service and not to make people feel like they haven't purchased something when they have! She didn't even speak, she was just plain rude!

β β β β β Came in a bought a few items. The cashier who was a guy was really polite to the customers in front of me and then when it came to me he didnt even show good customer service and was cold. Wasnt even friendly at all and put my items far from reach in which I had to grab myself. Would prefer the self checkout time. Do your job properly!
