★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came into store with a bracelet brought off line that was too small was greeted with a lady, that we explained how we brought off line and was hoping to exchange and she looked at it and straight away turned us down n said they didnt have it. With no looking or any other help. Rude!! Family member went back in today to have meet with another lady, with a totally different result, they do have the braclet all it needed was a change of clasp. Some ppl should just not b in customer service.

My Partner and I will Only Shop online now and will never step foot inside this store until there is new management.
