β β β β β The groomer has cut my dog's ear 3 times didn't even said "sorry," and my dog is now traumatized about grooming.
What I am really angry about is that the groomer said "it's okay" every time the groomer has cut my dog's ear.
And today, she cut it again! Didn't say sorry, and when my dog vomited because of that, and guess what the groomer said? "it's okay, it's not a blood :D"
I cannot believe what she said and her behaviour towards the incident :(
Poor service, poor grooming skills, who doesn't even feel guilty !!! Do not treat my loving dog like that!!! :(

β β β β β Really disappointed with the service. The first time she groomed our $2500 dog she did a great job so we thought we'd take him back for another groom... What a mistake. She (the owner / groomer) was as unfriendly as you'll ever find when I dropped him off. I should have known then she was having a bad day and should have taken him home but I allowed her to continue. I was shocked at the terrible job she did... She trimmed half the hair around his neck with lots of areas skipped.... I'm pretty sure a 7 year old with clippers would have done a better job. His toe nails weren't trimmed either so I'll have to take him to Animates for that...
Very disappointing when you pay for a service and what you receive looks like it had been done by an amateur.
Will not be going back there, EVER!

β β β β β Fantastic job! Our little Silky Terrier was groomed exactly as I requested; helped us recover from the trauma of the last groom from a much more expensive groomer on the North Shore. Our fur baby is very happy with the clean and comfy trim. Easy communication and very fair pricing. Will definitely be going back!
