★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save yourself some time, Don’t come here, you are not going to get any good advise, instead they will keep on selling you items that you don’t even need, their test tubes are not washed they just put it back in the cabinet test after another test. The manager’s attitude is also arrogant.

When I tried to ask something about the service she terribly done, she scold me in shouting tone like some kind of unruly child who doesn’t know anything about dogs. She needs to up her game, better yet enroll in an anger management sessions.

I love the way that the staff interact with customers and their pets.
We got 3 fish and they are doing well.
We will definitely be going back for more fish and dog food as well as treats

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best animates I've been too in Auckland. Staff are super friendly and help you as soon as you walk through the door. It's nice to be able to tell staff what you want and they immediately give you options. Their knowledge of products is overwhelming in a good way. They even carry heavy items to your car.

Their customer service is exceptional! They not only help you find what you need, they also educate you on the product that you're after so that you make the best decision.
We've had to make a few exchanges, returns, etc. and they've always done it without a fuss. No questions asked.
They are simply superb. We have been shopping with them for some years now and they are still the best, hands down!
Kudos to them and their management!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am beyond upset with what has been done to my dog. Here I have a before photo of his eye and 2 after photos (before and after grooming). On arrival at animates groomers I had a nervous but healthy dog no redness in his eyes just a healthy dog. First off the groomer was very rude and treated us like ignorant dog owners. we've had my baby for 9 years and he's never had health issues till now. I rung them as soon as I got home and noticed his eye and the woman on the phone proceeds to tell me he'd had the eye issue since before the grooming. if that was true why wasn't I informed? and besides that why would she lie the woman barely even knew who I was or what dog I was talking about! I heard her call to another groomer asking if she knew my dog!!!! do not come here.
