★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog has been groomed at Wags a number of times with no issues until lately. Went to book an appointment for him to get groomed and was told "We don't want him back here again" and they didn't bother to explain to me why. They didn't even bother to tell me they had an issue with him when I went to pick him up from the groomers. They were very dismissive and rude on the phone. Very unprofessional and there is no way I would let anyone like that near my dog again. They lack basic customer service skills and I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Disappointed.I asked for Orlando to be cut in a specific style and my request was completely ignored.He usually comes back from the grooming salon looking so pretty but not this time.He looks ugly in fact Im ashamed to take him out for a walk.The first and last time to use Wags.And to add insult to injury they charge like wounded bulls.Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ** Feedback rating changed from one to two as it was very kind of the store to acknowledge my complain.
I had taken my pup to Wags Pet before and had no issues. However this time was a sad experience. The appointment time was not met and I picked up my pup an hour later. They seemed to be overbooked. Fur behind my pups ear was not dried and combed and it ended up in bad knot. The nails were not trimmed and ears were not cleaned. And she came with no bow on her head which was very sad as other pups before mine were coming out with pretty bows on their head. Not happy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly I won't be back. Haircuts have been excellent but 3-4 hour wait times have been unacceptable. With no communication found it rude to be kept waiting despite booking ahead of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service.. Took my cat in there for major clean up after getting attacked by Dogs. They took care of him like it's their own pet. Even got a vet on a phone just to get a second opinion. Words can't describe the high level and quality of service I received which even included a follow up phone call a few weeks later to check if my cat was doing okay. . Highly recommend.
