We really like the 3+2 sofa set which we bought from furniture zone, it’s looking extremely beautiful in our home and we are very much pleased with the services of Harpreet. She helped us a lot in choosing the right one. Now our place looks more spacious and happier than before. Thank u.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was great very understanding an there communication was ok BUT WHAT IM NOT happy about is that I ordered a lounge suit from the papakura store an when it got delivered it didn’t come in the package due to the package being ripped so they opened it to check if everything inside was fine an not damaged. Fine
What’s bothering me is I’m missing a recliner seat which apparently it won’t get to me until 4 weeks time an the other is I can’t help but feel I’ve been ripped off all of a sudden the display lounge suit that was in store is no longer there the same day I got mine delivered an not to mention that display lounge seat single recliner chair also not working an I can’t help that the lounge suit I got is the displayed one as I got 1x 3seater an 1x single recliner seat (what a coincidence)when I confronted the lady she assured me that it wasn’t an that the displayed one was given to another customer who didn’t mind having the displayed lounge suit due to that being the last one in stock and having to pay $1399 to only feel like I was being ripped off an that the three seater leg rest after only having it for a week or so gets stuck an sometime we got to clip it back in from under the seat and the single always pulls right back when u just want the leg rest but out. Hey maybe I’m wrong but I ain’t satisfied but I guess that how things are these days an you can’t do much about ☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING - Do not buy from this business! They take your money & don't provide the paid for goods, then ring and abuse you - Owner Roger Craig treats customers like trash, and then blocks them for requesting refund when the furniture doesn't arrive as agreed.
Usually wouldn't bother posting this, but am now 9 months pregnant sitting on the floor after spending the day being ripped off ? wouldn't want anyone else to have to deal with such an unbelievable business. Truly shocking.

The staff there are very friendly and helpful. Definitely has become one of my favourite furniture shops and will probably be purchasing more things from there.

To follow from my first bad experience with Victor I have been granted in store credit and was given the tv cabinet & coffee table and with appreciation I want to thank you Julie for fixing up this and hearing me out.
