★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before going to the store I called asking for a child seat and was told they had some options. After getting there the person did not even look at my face, he was just moving things around. The worst part? I was told to buy the seat online because they usually don't have many options in store.

The answer below will give an indication of how bad they treat their customers. The guy wasn't wearing a mask in the first place, it is his right but he told he was wearing one, which is not true.
Also, yes I saw it online, but I called before going to the shop.
Anyway, if you want to be treated with respect go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are always really busy but Kevin (owner) took the time to ride my bike and diagnose the issues. Mostly I'm the issue. Bike was ready when they said it would be and runs like new. My extended family buys from here and we are all happy with the range and the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have placed a number of orders with these guys now, not because they were the cheapest but because they are hands down the fastest delivery. considering I am in the central north island I can place an order on a Sunday and its in my hands by Tuesday lunch time. incredible service, simply onto it. will continue to purchase online from these guys as service like that is hard to beat. well done guys, keep doing what your doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two bikes I took in for servicing look great, thanks Matt. But it was disappointing to book last Monday for Friday servicing, drop the bikes off on Thursday night then not hear back. I called on Friday for a status update and was told the workshop was behind so they'd try to get them done on Saturday. I phoned again Saturday but was told the job was unlikely to be done today. I explained I need one of the bikes for work on Monday so then the guy I spoke with said he'd organise another mechanic to see if he could do them Sunday. I appreciate everyone gets busy but its hard to plan anything without any feedback, so a bit more communication would be appreciated. Cheers.

I was very impressed with the rational and helpful information conveyed to me by the shop staff. Overall a big ups to the service provided and received.
