★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Specialized s works top of the line bike 6 months ago from these guys , I have experienced a number of issues with bike set up. I posted a fairly poor review but can say the response fro Darryn was very good. I have subsequently changed my view of Chain Reaction and can say they will stand behind any bikes they sell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I brought bikes from here recently and had the best experience. The staff were super helpful and patient, I think the guys name was Tom that we dealt with. He was really knowledgeable about products and gave good advice. He was happy to get bikes up and down for us to try as well. We did look at a few other places after going into the store but nothing compared to the service we received and obviously the best product for what we wanted. Bloody good effort guys ?

2022 Recently needed a rear shock service. No issues and reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had new brakes and a service done at this store. 3 weeks later the handle bars came completely lose and I almost had a serious accident. The bike has not been right since the service. The back wheel rubs on the brakes and the wheel does not spin freely. The gears continue to slip and I cannot change to the lowest gear as the gear shift won't move...it just makes a clicking sound. I have had to have all spokes on my rear wheel replaced since this service as apparently they were all old...this was not told to me when I collected the bike after the service.
I have taken my bike to Evo cycles to fix all the mistakes made by Chain Reaction. I am highly dissaponted with the money I paid and the service I've received...I do not recommend chain reaction cycles.

The parking and accessibility for the store are excellent .the stores staff are very professional and knowledgeable and helpful al up a good experience
