★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow service and bad seating spaces. Our seats were outside and on an incline and it was really uncomfortable and I felt like I was about to fall at one point. It took over 1 hour for our food to arrive and it wasn’t even that busy and we didn’t order that much food. Their food is also quite overpriced and not worth its value. The employees are average, they overcharged us on our food and had to sort it out. Won’t come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are 20-year locals at PM. Spent a lot of money here in our life. Never been as disappointed as tonight. My burger had little meat in it, the chicken salad was bland and the fries were average at best. Spoke to the manager and the chef but they dismissed me. In fact, they took my burger away and then brought the same burger back:"That's our burger.'" What ever happened to the good old Papermoon??? Oh, and the beers are a lot more than across the road! I won't be back. Bye bye. See you across the road.

I had chicken salad, absolutely yummy and tender with coffee.
Excellent table service and reasonable prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice eggs benedict with salmon. Great cappuccino. It was a bit busy at 1.30pm on Friday. Bit short staffed. Then, staff kept their cool and did a good job as possible. Good on them. Paper Moon has been around a long time. Great to see you survived!! Keep it up, best of luck!. I'll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service and reasonable prices, although it’s definitely more of a restaurant rather than a cafe. No cabinet food and no small treats. I suppose I was just wrong in thinking it was more of a cafe/eatery. Young server did a good job, polite and professional.
