★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad quality food. 4 times I've visited Windsor Park KFC & disappointed every time.
10 tiny pieces of chicken, mostly wings & legs with 1 breast & 1 back piece Sodry that bones were sticking out and burnt.
Skin dark dark brown, chips hard and stale, Thev large potato&gravy was half full & very little gravy & coleslaw smelled off. $42 for the last time at Windsor Park.
I'm going back to Albany who are AMAZING

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 10 piece (with 2 large sides and a 1.5 l drink) Paid $40. The 10 pieces were made up of 4 wings, 3 drums 1 rib piece, 1 white meat and 1 thigh. 7 pieces were really small. Total rip off. KFC has 5 different pieces - why not 2 of each for a fair 10 piece deal? (likely the make-up is prescribed by KFC so not directly the shop's fault.) But not my favourite KFC experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First day of Level 3 (Covid-19) so that meant take aways were on the cards which was great news for many. We decided to take a chance and get take out for our boys!!! 4 hours, no potty breaks and a very tired mom and dad (hubby and I) just enter the drive thru, 2 cars behind a vehicle who placed an order and all the lights went out at 10.00pm. KFC closed for the night, no warning or announcement from Management!!!! The only person who did say something was a member of the public who was walking to cars letting people know "no more original chicken but only hot chicken and they are closing soon" but I checked the website and it said 11.00pm but I didn't see any notices along the road side or outside the shop. I understand that's its been a month we and have all been in lockdown and clearly the volume of people that decided they wanted take away on the first day of level 3 must have been overwhelming for most businesses but this has really left a bad taste in my mouth and the saddest part is arriving back home empty handed and my youngest son so upset and was so looking forward to his chicken pops. The lengths you go to for your children!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered "The Mix Delivered" which has 4 sliders. Got only 2 in the package. tried to call but it just keeps on ringing. Nobody answers. Very irresponsible. Disappointed (again)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless service from some slack worker there tonight...she rushed me though the order stage, put me off getting anything extra, on-top of not listening to my request about the chicken, I got what I didn’t want...Chips had no seasoning and looked as sad as they tasted. This particular branch has the most zombiefried staff in Auckland lol

So annoying as no one answers the phone and we have to waste time and money to go back and complain. Have to wait in the queue just to talk to them. Not the first time this branch has been below par.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service and unprofessional customer service. We ordered by drive thru ordered 5 meal in total but when we get back home, 1 missing meal. Have to go back. Everyone can make a mistake. But the thing is the man and other staff none of them apologized and doesn't care .they not even busy at all. Chicken is so dry it been siting in warmer for quite long time and every meal chip is so less. Been there a few years always consistent, usually is pretty good. Very dissapointed. Looks like new management. Every staff is change.
Not recommend this kfc branch. Better drive a bit further to albany branch. friendly and food is always fresh made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive through was empty for a change so was a quick experience. Ordered the slider - thought there would be two because that's what the picture on the drive through board shows but only one which is apparently normal. Had the chicken popcorn and rice - meal was fine but the container isn't anything like what they show in the advert. Anyway, they're pretty good for a KFC :)
