★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite disappointed. We usually love this place, but we’re super disappointed tonight. This was our first takeaway after the lockdown and we ordered our food at 630 and were then told it would be ready by 7:15. When we drove all the way there we were told things were running an hour behind. It would have been nice to have been told prior to driving all the way there that we were going to wait another hour. We didn’t get our order until 8:15 pm, and the staff didn’t even do anything to make this situation right. We barely were even told “sorry.” So super disappointed and probably will refrain from choosing Burger Wisconsin again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just made a phone order with this branch, drove 7 kilometrers to pick up my order to find they are not accepting cash. Seems the person behind the counter wanted a free dinner. Waste of time.

The product is good . That is obviously important ! . But additionally Dan really does a superb job of connecting with the customer base . A check of his back story as a 737 pilot tells me he will fly high in hospitality if he sticks with it when Covid is done .
