★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LI bought toys and gifts for Christmas present and I had to replace one of them as the recipient’s already have what i got for him. I went back to paperplus Remuera and talk to one of the staff, she then referred me to her manager about the matter. The manager was really kind and understanding, she allowed me replace the toy I purchased and gift wrap it for me which was really nice of her. It was a lovely visit and highly recommended going there specially if you don’t like going in the mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually good but guy working there on Monday night was horrendously rude to us and his own colleague. Was literally yelling at us that they were closing and wouldn’t even let us speak to let him know we were well aware the store closed in 10 minutes and were just rushing after work to pick up a prepaid envelope to prep something to post tomorrow. His colleague was actually trying to help us and he kept talking over her. HORRIBLE! Needless to say we walked out after 30 seconds, not dealing with that nonsense.
