★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to purchase book today priced at $9.99, only to be told at the till it was incorrectly labeled and the price was in fact $19.00. The lady then proceeded to scratch off the label in front of me and refused to honour the price they had put on the book! Would not proceed with the sale. shocking disregard for the consumer and the Consumer Guarantees Act. So sorry to see this behaviour in our beautiful mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never been in a toy store as well rounded, well thought out and well curated as this one. I spent two hours in there buying a gift for my daughters birthday. I couldve spent another five hours easily! From a parents perspective, everything was so well curated and educational tjat i struggled to find something because i wanted EVERYTHING. From a kids point of view, everything looked fun and interactive and their book selection is one of the best I have seen in Auckland. I could have chatted for hours with the staff who helped me choose a gift because I couldnt decide. They happily answered questions and were so knoweldgable on bestsellers, when new or updated stock would arrive, what kids seemed to be interested in most. Everything about this store ticked the boxes and I will never ever go anywhere else to look for fun, educational and reasonably priced gifts for children. One of my favourite shops in Auckland.

We went to the store bought 10 books. Then we bought another 2 books the next days. Because we are not sure which books that we bought, we have ask the "staff" to reconfirm that for us to make sure we don't have two same book. However when we get home we found out that we have two same book even the staff had "checked" for us.
When we come back to the store ask to exchange to another book, staff said we don't exchange or refund. Even we said that is one of the staff fault.
Then the manager mention again store usually do not refund or exchange. Sounds like it is our fault want to exchange.
Although the store did exchange another book but in this case you end up another unhappy customer.
