A real shame about the staff, a woman working at the store told my partner and I to get off the couch because she was worried about it getting dirty? I'm not sure what planet she's on but that's a pretty poor way to treat paying customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudest manager I've ever met. Went home to get some tools to see if a mechanized bed was working (the wiring had been cut). I only did this because two different staff members TOLD me to do this. Walked all the way home to come back to do it. Then the manager said no, I couldn't do it. "Health and safety". At one point, she said a licensed electrician could do it. When I took her up on it, she changed her mind again and said no. She's obviously just making up rules which don't exist. You could easily test the bed outside, etc. She's doing her worst/laziest and not trying to get results for the charity. The bed was priced for a mechanized bed, not a normal bed. Most expensive thing in the whole place. Of course you need to know if it works before you bought it! Start doing your job and start trying to make money for the charity instead of trying to do the least you can. Not to mention how your ruined my day and were even rude about it. You had the nerve to ask me about my profession??
