β β β β β Totally dodgy company. My 16 year old daughter booked at taxi, instead of taking a the shortest route which was 3.8km. They took her for a ride. The driver turned the meter and wouldn't let her see the total. When called up they couldn't explain their fees. Including a $2 charge for "using eftpos" not a creditcard but Eftpos, absolute Rubbish.

β β β β β I booked a taxi the day before because there was an important appointment I had to make. The taxi just didnβt show. The system is fully automated so getting to talk to a human was difficult and the information eventually given was incorrect. The taxi wasnβt 3k away!! Taxi finally turned up 25 mins late, I missed my appointment. I was on crutches and stood for that long. The experience was incredibly painful.
Absolutely rubbish service.
There was no way to outline urgency or seek help in the automated system.

β β β β β Had a couple of bad experiences lately. New drivers each time. Not good to try and blame the customer for going to the wrong pick up address and then overcharge me by $5 which I'm guessing was to recoup some of your lost petrol. The previous incident was waiting for over half an hour and being told each time we rung that they were nearly there. We cancelled it in the end. Will be looking for an alternative taxi company to use in the future. Also you could benefit from your call staff having some manners and maybe learn how to say sorry when they're clearly in the wrong.

β β β β β Other people have shared pretty bad experiences, but mine personally was absolutely fine. Ordering both online and through the phone is completely automated so if you need to talk to someone it's pretty hard. But the taxi got there on time, and driver was really nice and friendly. Got to my destination exactly when planned. Fee was very reasonable.

β β β β β Just useless! I would give zero stars if I could. Rude despatch staff. Expect to wait a long time even if you book in advance. Have waited over an hour for the last three taxis I have requested. The younger sounding woman that answers the phone is totally disingenuous in her apologies. She hangs up if you try to explain you've been waiting for a very long time and it's unacceptable. If you call back they hang up on you. Terrible customer service. They have no competition, so they know there's no other option for people, but to wait. Totally disgusting.l

β β β β β Because of the terrible booking system and inability to pick up quicker than you can walk home it's barely worth calling. They must waste so much time missing the pickups and going to the wrong place. It's just terrible business for them and bad service for us. It's all run from Palmerston North anyway and pretty clear that they just don't know how to operate well here. The one star is because I can't go lower and it's not the drivers' fault mostly.
