Parcelport - Auckland CBD
We started using Parcelport about 3 years ago, because they offer a flexible solution, everything is done online, whenever we want to, we can choose a courier from multiple choices depending on the customer need and where the customer is, I’ve been very happy with their customer service, if things go wrong, and sometimes they do with couriers, they are very good at solving the issues and getting things right, so I can recommend using Parcelport, it is not just efficient but also very cost effective

β β β β β 5 months of reasonably good service until I got recently slapped with an overweight surcharge by Parcelport's partner - Courier Post. To begin, the invoice had no details or description of charges. Sloppy. I had to call and email to find out what they are for (accounts not in office etc). Then they add insult to injury by deactivating my account + access after i disputed the measurements and surcharges.
Basically, there is no customer service or support when a problem arises. They just want you to pay and go away. What is even more infuriating is the fact that these were packages of single piece of clothing sent in a polybag, but the measurements came back with height of package 6.5cm-7.5cm, which is simply ridiculous and grossly mismeasured! I disputed the surcharge, silence no reply, then accounts responded 2 weeks later shrinking saying they can help argue this case with Courier Post. Followed by no update, invoice reminding me to pay or late penalty 3.5% etc. Very shabby and unprofessional.

β β β β β About 2 weeks and no follow-up to the automated "Congratulations, your Parcelport account is being reviewed!" email. That has set the bar so low compared to GoSweetSpot who always get back to me within 12 hours minimum I doubt I will be encouraged to switch beyond this point sadly.

β β β β β Mickey mouse Organisation, x5 emails, x8 calls over a 4 week period, every time I speak to someone, the same old BS, we will get someone to call you...still waiting, 4 weeks later! I am trying to start my Ecommerce business, they could care less about new and the rest of these negative reviews are also confirming they do not care about their existing customers. No onboarding process, no customer care, you are better going with Go Sweet Spot, they connected me in 3days!!!!! Parcel Port is a Joke! Do not waste your time. In 3 days, Go Sweet Spot did what these clowns couldn't do in 4 weeks!!
