Delays
- Due to adverse weather conditions, there are delays to some Economy parcels sent on Interisland ferries between the North and South Islands.
- Road closures on the East Coast of the North Island, northern parts of the South Island, and lower South Island are causing delivery delays in these areas. We are using alternate routes wherever possible.
Delays to Parcels:
- In the North Island, there are delivery delays for parcels of up to 2 days in Hamilton/Waikato, Bay of Plenty and East Coast areas.
- In the South Island there are delays for parcel delivery of up to 2 days, in South Canterbury, West Coast, Central Otago and the Lower South Island.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One male staff wasn't very polite, after the payment he asked "receipt?" swiftly and faintly, and I didn't catch that in the first place, immediately he made a weird noise from his mouth to let me know I annoyed him.
Most of us do jobs that are rather repetitive but that's just life, bottle it up and respectful, especially for a customer facing position.
Not expecting a smiling face or wishing me a good day, but at least have some respect please. It's level 3, be nice.
