★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Called and spoke to someone on the sales team numerous times who said she had to check something and would call back every time and didn't. So showed up at the Mt Wellington office and asked for a particular part and got given the wrong one. Asked for the correct part and was told they didn't have it and couldn't give a refund on a cash purchase. After almost an hour at the office finally got to speak to someone who knew what they were talking about and got the part needed. Thank you to the last person who helped.
