★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Toro Mower has given fantastic fault free service over the last 4 years. I have a very large lawn on a steep slope, and this mower makes lawn mowing so much easier.
I did a lot of research before selecting this mower, and am very pleased with my selection.
Parkland also offer a mobile service (or pickup and return) so altogether a great experience - especially if you are very busy. This brand and this company are totally recommended.

It's to the point you normally feel like you are an inconvenience to the staff when walking into a suppliers shop front. But not at Parklands, these guys now how to get a customer to want to come back. Cheers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST experience with this company. I would never use them again and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone, in fact I would recommend steering well clear of them. The staff are rude, belligerent and are extremely unprofessional, including the head manager who actually hung up on me when I was trying to discuss an issue with him. Extremely unhappy with the service and attitude of this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service all around. Had a problem with a custom golf cart, and they quickly picked up and fixed it, very easy and good service. We then asked if they could service our ride on mower, and again brilliant service and came back as good as new. Great all around team!
