★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Union Edu services from my Work visa to my Residency from mid-2020 to early 2022. Throughout the engagement, Jane has given me very valuable advice in a critical time for an Essential Skills Work visa in a very competitive legal labour market for my role. She also shows her experience in the field and a great understanding of the INZ procedure during the turbulent period around May/June 2021 due to EOI/SMC being frozen and having a huge backlog for a long time. She also constantly gave me updates from INZ.
As NZ immigration law changes very often, immigration advisers and lawyers will be very busy with a high volume of applications, so I recommend that clients be patient. I sent Jane emails and usually got a reply within 2-3 days, either by phone or email, which is very good for me. Jane is thorough with my applications and ensures that I follow all legal procedures and that my documents are correct to bits.
One thing I do love about working with Jane is that she does not panic, it does make me feel that my applications were in capable hands. Mia and the team have been very helpful and courteous throughout. Thank you all for your hard work! The legal fees were very reasonable and well-tailored to the situation.
