worst service ever dont use these people for anything they will not send parts on time or return your calls / texts took 3 days to get a part sent from auckland well i still do not have it yet . i was worried they had taken my money and skipped out . just called them for a track and trace number and have been on the phone waiting for 30 min its not hard to tell me the number off the courier ticket they are unprofessional and to put it bluntly DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them

Saw my "written off" vehicle on the road... Dishonesty and Mechanics seems to be industry norm now... Long story short -Vehicle broke down went and got an inspection -the owner/staff described the vehicle is beyond repair and offered to purchase the parts -took the low ball offer since there was a great impression and a level of trust -flash forward few months later , sees my old vehicle on the road

my mum had her car serviced here for her WOF & two weeks later she got pulled up for the lights not working even though this was fixed at this garage. so its taking her this long to try and get the money together because she is stuck out of town until she can get her lights fixed but wants to take her car straight back to this garage to let them know

My husband, Mike Mylie posted negative feedback 3 months ago about the failure of this business to refund him for the faulty part they supplied, and which was returned to them via signature required courier six months ago, and, that they definitely received as confirmed by them in a follow-up telephone call. Repeated promises were subsequently made by them that the refund would be credited to my husband’s bank card "tomorrow" but this never happened, then they started to avoid his calls and so he gave up trying to get his money back. They still owe him the almost $100.00 he paid for the faulty spare part. The response to my husband's justified negative feedback a month ago is disgusting and blatantly dishonest. We live in Hamilton, this business is in Auckland, the part was ordered over the telephone, payment was done electronically, the part was sent by signature required courier to our home address, and returned the same way to the address provided by Mitsubishi Parts Auckland. My husband and I are deeply offended by the FALSE AND DEFAMATORY STATEMENTS that purported he was "misleading" their workshop and that he was "asked to leave". He has in fact NEVER stepped foot inside Mitsubishi Parts Auckland and they are blatant liars while daring to say that in their feedback "Honesty is always the key". If this was their motto and the value that they operate their business by, then why have they dishonestly held onto my husband's money for months, why have they dodged his numerous telephone calls simply trying to get his legal entitlement to a refund, and why do they post bald-faced lies about their customers when they were wrong in the first place by sending a faulty part that had to be returned (the return courier service cost being absorbed by us!!!).

I bought a part from them, which turned out to be worse than the faulty part that came off my car. I returned the part to them with the undertaking they would refund me. That hasn't happened, I have tried to contact them but they now avoid answering my calls. Shocking business to deal with I would have rated them no star but to post this I had to select at least one star

Ordered spare parts from Josh the owner and paid the invoice he emailed through nearly two weeks ago. Sent many emails and calls and the 1 time I got through he said " they haven't arrived yet ". Told him give me a tracking number, he said he would email it to me and nothing..

Bought a 2nd hand radiator from here but didn't notice until after it was installed that it was cracked down the left side and leaking water so had to remove it of course to take it back to the shop. I didn't have any problems with getting a refund, in fact I didn't even have to show my receipt but it still caused me alot of unnecessary hassle that could have easily been avoided had they checked their product more thoroughly before selling to their customers. Friendly but unprofessional.
