Went there Sunday afternoon 3 ladies in there all of them have zero customer service I said hi to them and looked at the watches they didn't even talked to me. When I was looking to spend $800 for a watch. I hate bad customer service what are they doing there if they are not helping customers?

Love the friendly staff and all the jewelry are amazing. Love the gold ring and pendants. The staff always there to help if you need anything. Will go again tomorrow....

So disgusted and angry at the customer service at the Sylvia Park Store. I bought my girlfriend a surprise $1400 diamond ring in white gold which I gave to her on Saturday night over the weekend. As it was too big she wanted to change it for something that fits and upon asking was told it had already been exchanged and that it had scratches on it. The staff member made her feel like she was doing something wrong and being dishonest. After a waste of 45mins she had to leave with the same ring. It clearly states on return policy that if it's under 14 days then they can exchange it. The shop assistant named JULIE basically blamed my girlfriend of being dishonest. Because of this mistreatment I am demanding a full refund and I will never shop at any pascoes stores again and will tell people of our experience dealing with them. Totally unacceptable.

Horrible customer service at the sylvia park shop. My boyfriend gave me as a surprise a $1,400 diamond ring which was too big for me. I went to exchange for a ring of same value which fit my finger and they declined to swap it saying it had scratches on a white gold ring which I had for 1 day and a half, unacceptable. Was mistreated for about 45mins at the store trying to get a resolution and ended up leaving the store with a ring which doesn’t fit my finger. Had the receipt and it is under the 14 days of purchase which according to their policy they have to swap. Shop assistant named Julie said “customers change their mind all the time and keep exchanging things”, treated me as I was being dishonest which I wasn’t. Will never shop at pascoes again in my life, now I want a refund of this ring due to horrible experience.

Inferior customer service. I got my watch there for repair on 30/10/2020. They took a $30 postal fee to send the watch for repair. From the operator's initial phone conversation, I noted that the watch only needed a quick factory reset to be fixed . They texted me to pick up the watch, but it was delayed due to COVID, and since I was not in Auckland for a while. Once I went there to pick up the watch, we noticed the watch still not working. The manager believed that it stopped working since they left it in the drawer and no sun for battery re-charge. She suggested to re-send it to be fixed without any fee. It seems that they didn't make a note or did not communicate with each other on what needs to be done. I left the shop, and there was no communication since then. I completely forgot about the watch until 15/02/2021. Once I called, the operator behind the phone couldn't find any track. After some discussion behind the scene, she told me that the watch needs $440 for repair! I bought the watch for $350 only. She was not the same person who took my watch for repair, and it seems to me that she did not care at all. I felt that she just said that to send an impression that "we can't do anything; come and take your watch". Eventually, I decided to take back my watch without any result—a complete waste of time. I searched in the internet and figured out how the watch can be resested and it is fixed now. There is no way you can understand who you are talking to behind the phone. I can also say poor customer service management, as well. I recommend considering other Pascoes branches if your job is not straight to the point.

I went to Sylvia Park shop to look for a nurse's watch. There were 3 sales persons at the time of our visit. None of them entertained us. They kept talking among themselves and couldn't care less to greet potential customers. The blonde lady with clear glasses frame came because we called her, with very cold attitude . She didn't even bother to show us the item we were looking at. She just said you can see the price on the window. What a disgusting customer service. They should not be sales persons. They should study and learn what customer service is all about. If they don't need sales or don't need the consumers' money then they are in the wrong business. Their attitudes just put us off.

Salesperson - Mark, I believe was his name, was extremely courteous and polite. He was patient and understanding of what I was looking for. A simple purchase, but he didn't shun away or disregard me. Will visit again.

Great service from Mark, my first time buying a mechanical watch and he helped me with all the information about the watch. Not only did he provide good service whilst in store, but also great service afyer the sale over the phone too!
