★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has appalling customer service. I bought pasta that was mouldy long before its 'best before' date. The customer service operator Lucijana Dominiku, never sent me a refund, despite promising to do so, and despite me sending follow-up emails. Hopeless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am another disappointed customer who purchased pasta nostra product only to find that well before the use by date it was growing mould. I wrote to the company and have heard nothing back. an apology would have been nice. I will not recommend these products to anyone. I note that they dont list a phone number or other contact details on their website. Too many complaints to deal with??? only gave 1 star because it would not accept no stars.

Bought the lasagne and cannelloni and both were absolutely hideous! The taste and texture was just like plastic. The products state they're authentic Italian, what an insult to Italian people! I guarantee 100% you will regret purchasing from this company. DO NOT BUY.

I managed to rescue some of the pasta by nipping off the mould on the corners.
The salvageable pasta that we ate was really delicious but I was so disappointed that over 12 of the filled pasta were unuseable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought the lasagne and it is nothing like it looks on the packet. The bechamel is actually nice and plenty of it but the mince looks like a chunk of dry luncheon sausage. Such a shame because if it was like the photo on the packet it would probably be really nice. Really disappointed and will be informing Countdown where I purchased it from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased roast beef and roast pork meals and rate them the worst food we’ve ever had absolutely inedible. Marketed as Kim’s kitchen made by pasta nostra Beef was corned beef pork looked like was pre chewed.vegetables overcooked and grey. Will never purchase their products again.and will tell friends and family to never buy their products. Lucky we didn’t get food poisoning
