I emailed them with details of the fault & they quickly organised a local furniture repairer to come & remedy the problem for me.
Cheryl in particular was great to deal with - great customer service & sorted the issue very quickly.
Entertainment unit looks great!

She showed us a range of options, helped us decide on the best chair for our particular needs and contacted the manufacturer promptly to get a quote and then arrange for the chairs to be made. We were very pleased with the outcome.
