Sunday & Public Holidays: 9:00 - 10.30am (upon confirmation only) - 3.30 - 6.00pm
No drop offs / pick ups on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
Pick up and drop off outside opening hours can be arranged against an additional $50.- surcharge.

The staff were amazing with her, they really made the effort to get to know her and make her feel confident in her surroundings. It was lovely to see some photos of her on Facebook too. She was relaxed and calm when I picked her up. I highly recommend Paw Palace. Great location too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I take my dog to paw palace daycare for couple of months now. My dog (Hika, 11months) has visited the vet last two weeks regarding stomach problems till this week discovered that her stomach had stones ripping her lining that she consumed in daycare. She hasn’t been eating and very low with blood in her vomit and fleeces. We contacted Paw Palace in regards of taking resposibility as it was under their supervision that they should have been doing, the response we got from manager was that the best they could do when she comes back that she will be placed in spaces without gravel stones, she also had said that they have been wanting to remove stones as they hurt pets paws. They take no responsibility as in their agreement it states 'I understand and acknowledge that there is always a risk of medical conditions being detected or accidents causing injury.' This was not an accident as if she would have broken or cut herself. They let her eat mud, stones and other rubbish that she dug up as we noticed she’d come home full of mud. If hika does not pass the stones there will have to have surgery as shes having blood clots in her fleeces and vomit. One pays, for team to take care and supervise her, not be given back in this state with high risks of medical care and check ups.
After 2 months since one phone call saying they would pay for 5 vet bills due to rocks from here and asked to delete this post. No contact what so ever and called once from a no caller ID to have a conversation as she did not give out number to get in contact with her directly. Very unhappy, luckily my pup after multiple injection for discomfort and medication she is okay, but they not once take responsibility for their care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Archie boy has been going to doggy daycare at Paw Palace weekly since March 2021 and he absolutely loves it! It's really the only time he'll happily ditch me. The staff are so lovely and I can tell that they are great with the dogs by the way Archie interacts with them.
The owners and staff have gone out of their way for us on more than one occasion which we are really grateful for. They have recently opened a grooming service and we were lucky to get in just before they opened which I was so grateful for as our Archie desperately needed a groom. We were really happy with the outcome. Cant recommend this place enough! Your doggo will love it!
