The staff there are very rude. Not friendly. Not helpful. When I explained that I had an exemption card the lady there sighed big, loudly and rolled her eyes at me. When I tried to explain my situation she snapped at me and verbally yelled at me. She threw my laptop on the counter at me, I’m really grateful that it wasn’t broken. I would have been angry if it was. Apart from the security guard there, the rest of the staff could do with customer service training or be fired. Won’t be going back to that store ever. Not happy at all.

I applaud safety & cautiousness in our Covid environment but feel that is was excessive here. Days before restrictions& vaccine mandates are ending we weren't allowed in store to look at the products we were interested in. We drove across the city at considerable time & expense to the one branch that had a particular item in store so we could view & try it, we had to queue outside & then find we're only allowed to buy over the counter, not even view it. We drove all the way home (30+ minutes), unpack & make up the expensive product, which isn't quite right. Now a decision as to the worth of long car trip to see if there is anything more suitable, which we're loathe to do when we can't even compare products in store ! Perhaps this is cynical, but this seems like Covid may be a good opportunity for pressured sales & making it less likely for returns because it's so difficult. The staff were very helpful & courteous, the experience in store was very positive. It's the system creating difficulty.

5 Star for Daniel there, he helped me and my partner out with buying some PC parts! Such a kind person, extra attentive and just very friendly! Even gave us advise and looked over our PC to make sure everything was ok. What a legend! The parking of the store was shotty but other than that. Everyone there was awesome and so friendly!

Great customer service. I bought $300 worth of PC parts. 2x8gb ram and a new power supply. They do need an extra technician to repair devices because you have to wait in a 3 week queue. The staff are very good, they guided me through the parts which would be compatible with my old pc. Another flaw is that there aren't many parking spaces, so on discount days you have to park somewhere far away from the store. But yeah great store overall.

The other negative reviews are accurate. These guys do not care about customer service at all! I have tried three times to call their technical/repairs department and once to speak to sales just so I could speak to someone about a laptop issue but no answer. There are two steps required to make a customer happy: 1. Good customer service - Answering the phones, being approachable in store and understanding the person you are speaking to 2. Good products - Quality goods/services While I have never purchased anything from this branch in particular, you cannot succeed in one thing but not the other. Avoid at all costs.

Massive store, plenty of staff there and quite helpful as well. Ive ordered the new S22 and the lady spoke very good English. Seems to have everything you need inside with parking out the front. Pretty good electronic store and will definitely visit again.

My experience at Pb tech Penrose was awesome!! And all because of Harry R. ! This dude is so knowledgeable, it was just so easy to shop. I knew nothing about fps, g-sync and he helped me choose the perfect monitor for my gaming laptop and knew. You can see how he loves technology. I went in thinking I would spend hours trying to compare the screens, but this guy made it so easy!! I told him what I needed and he explained it all. Pro and cons of the monitors, which one should I get and all. I was so happy with the service it made my day. Thank you Harry! Please keep the motivation and knowledge you have ! So impressive.

The Bose headphones are so damn good. I use for gaming, listening to music and on my morning walk. What’s better is the ear pads are replaceable and pb stocks them so they are like new again. 10/10 best buy last 5 years
