β β β β β This store has a real problem,I have ordered s22 ultra and 3 days after release date I tried to call them for an update, after trying multiple times I spoke with Santos who actually was rude over the phone and then spoke to Stuart who explained the delay which is okay I can understand PB tech not controlling stock just an update would have done it for me. when I requested if I could have the bonus items that was advertised with the bundle they declined. I told them you do not have an ETA on phone and I will be waiting for other items as well which you have in stock and I am already paying for the phone plan. Tried to contact there head office with no luck.

β β β β β They have terrible customer service. Happy to reply to emails when selling me the product, but once i had an issue with it I cannot get a response. I've sent 4 emails after 5 weeks including an official complaint form, but no response. Unfortunately they dont publish a phone number. I guess that is because they really dont want to have contact with you when there is an issue. So disappointed that after 15 years of buying from them and the first time I have a problem they ignore all contact

The staff member laid back on his chair. And when I asked him for a product he couldn't bother to even sit up straight.
He didn't know if the products they sell are in store and told me I can check on the website.
The reason I visited the shop was to view a product I saw online.
No effort was put in at all to even ask someone else. How difficult was it to tell me they dont sell Watch straps in store. I turned around and left, I do not have time for staff members and service like that.

β β β β β How can you sell office chairs but not have any to physically test? You can't expect people to spent $400+ on a chair without testing one out. The guy at the store was very friendly but I think you guys need to look at having chairs for customers to try.

β β β β β Always helpful and prompt service at PB Tech Tauranga. Had issues with motherboard/CPU which Alan was able to identify and replace under warranty for me the same afternoon. Would recommend to anyone looking for tech gear in Tauranga.

β β β β β Ordered an expensive item over a week a go and still have yet to receive the item. The customer service is trash and they don't bother with replying to emails. Highly recommend shopping online with a different company where you will be kept in the loop.
