β β β β β Over priced imported rubbish . Bought this new lounge suite for $3400.00 from Harvey norman. Used their specially supplied bottles of conditioner .One person in their 60s sitting on this corner suite . Only 3x others I know have the same suite and same problems with all the colour worn and faded. HN They dont know how to fix it and dont have any touch up kit available.

My husband and I have worked in customer service for many years and the team at Harvey Norman Tauranga is unmatched!
Scott took a great deal of time to find the very best fit of a TV for us and then when I mentioned I need my Garmin repaired he worked closely with the Computer department to ensure we were taken care of.
Rose in the computer department problem solved my Garmin issues and submitted it for repair. She was very thorough in explaining to me the process and made me feel very confident that the repair would be resolved and they would be in contact.
Rangi followed up with me on my Garmin repair (we had met him in store previously as well working with Rose) and not only did he follow up with me on the phone twice and thoroughly explained to me the process, but also worked with Rose to ensure my purchased warranty was sorted as well.
We will 100% go to the Tauranga store over any other electronics store in the future. The team here are STELLAR!

β β β β β so many staff but no one to help, was clearly lurking with intent trying to get the attention of staff where were talking in groups. Other staff made direct eye contact and kept walking. Granted they were probably helping someone else but just no engagment or even saying I will get someone to help you. The checkout person may as well have been a self checkout just no interest. The prices aren't that great and if I wasn't in a hurry I would have just left. need to up the customer service game here HN.

β β β β β Last week I went into this store to purchase two apple products. I left empty handed after the most unhelpful service. The products were not on display, the staff member was too busy on his phone, I had to interrupt him to get some help. I was so frustrated that I went to the front counter to ask for a manager and the staff member acted like she didnβt know what I was talking about.
I left the store, went to the Mt Maunganui store and was immediately approached by a staff member who helped me with my purchase of over $2000 worth of products.

β β β β β 27/03/22 - Unbelievable bad customer service from the manager working there today, unfortunately I donβt know her name. A sales guy very well intended helped us to begin with but as he was new he did not know much. After asking for help, he has been ignored in front of us by her and then she replied a couple of questions from us while seated, looking into her computer and making a silly face. Maybe a hangover Sunday for her? Should not be there at all, ask for a sick leave next time.

β β β β β Friendly service and super helpful staff, couldn't ask for more. The appliances I bought were in stock at their depot which was due to close. While my son raced to the depot I stayed to do the paperwork and the staff member rang through to let them know my son was on his way, so they waited for him and helped load the appliances before closing. Awesome service, thank you
