β β β β β Driver wouldn't brng his truck up the driveway to deliver a pallet of tiles to our house as the plastic sides of his truck might have been touched by trees on driveway. They were not heavy branches!! Sp goods returned to shop and Shop had to engage different company to deliver the pallet. Boo to this company!!

β β β β β I want to share how ripping angry I am because this company took my large package to the wrong city. It would have clearly had the receiving address on it. Then when when questioned about its whereabouts said it be re delivered to another company base. To get there they would have had to drive through my town. What the hell. Then when contacted again they said it would be delivered the next day, which is today. When contacted again where it was now, was told that it had been lost. OMG 2 working days before Christmas and still we do not have it. They had it for 9 days. I feel that we have been given the run around, excuses, excuses Someone is lying ,stolen, but lost? Not good enough. The outlet where purchased the item from do not have another in the country, so so disappointed
