★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Historic railway station in the middle of an old industrial area. Minimal facilities indicates that the station is not used much. Small area for shelter from the rain and wind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having to change from Southern line to Onehunga line or vise versa is a real hassle. For disabled passengers do it at Ellerslie, much simpler. On the Onehunga line Platform 3 - needs better signage for people going to concerts or sporting events. Here an Idea - how about a new walkway to Mt Smart for sport and concert goers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have two platforms from two lines, but no signage that lets you know what’s the best platform for you, ticket machine worked but didn’t print a ticket so had to rely on showing staff my transaction on my phone
