k	kahmay chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found what look like a security camera plug in and turned on facing our bed!!! Turn it off immediately! So creepy. Room 804A in April 2022. Room was super small and hard to move around. Even the area in bathroom and the making drinks cabinet was tiny. Highly uncomfortable for the prices paid. On top of that our room was not serviced the whole day and house keeping only showed up after 5pm! We Won’t be back

It would have been fine if cleaning was up to standard but there was a lot of hair in the bathroom and overall the bathroom was not well cleaned/maintained.

I requested a room that was accessible, unfortunately the room had a few fails. Mirror in the bathroom was too high for a wheel chair user. The entrance to the bathroom had quite a raise lip that was not easy to get over. The shower did not have any grim rails and the fixed shower head only watered your legs when sitting on the shower bench - shower needed additional hand held shower head. My partner had shower that got cold after less than 5 minutes and when I got there the water had gone total cold. No shower for me or shave. Got to told we could use the shower in another room. Went down the hall and found an empty room with a terrific view with hot water and we wondered why didn't we get this room?? We got offered a free breakfast which was very average with terrible coffee - I wish I had gone to the café down the road. I really expected a good experience at this place but it fell well short.
T	Thomas Teng-Yan Loke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The resort buildings and development is fairly new and sits in a prominent location between the top end of the village and the entrance to the Tekapo Springs. There are three rows of rooms and you should be aware that lake view does not mean the rooms face the resort's own sad version of the majestic lake, nor does not selecting mountain view prevents you from seeing the beautiful mountain range. Either case the choice descriptions are vague. While the room facilities and room sizes are generous, be very cautious that their housekeeping is consistently late to the point that we were only able to check in at 4pm. Sending us marketing text to lure us to the restaurant & bar didn't help.
I	Iman Mahyup on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just stayed at Peppers Bluewater Resort Lake Tekapo with my friend and everything was perfect! the staff was welcoming, the amenities were great. The manager Dheeraj and his staff went out of their way to make the entire experience amazing. What really makes a great service is not the obvious things it's how they surprise you with small things you wouldn't even expect! We would 100% be back!
I	Ivana Menendez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed 2 week nights in a villa. Very clean and tidy. Restaurant not open in week nights, so we ate from the takeaway menu. Very enjoyable. We waited for the pizzas at the bar which was open. We had breakfast at the restaurant, it was buffet and satisfactory. Overall, very happy with the extra hygiene measures that have now been put in place.

The only issue was the The rooms were cleaned at 5.30 pm on the second day and as we were getting ready so couldn't let them clean it.
B	Bill Inwood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception was barely helpful; other staff walking past didn't acknowledge our existence. Rooms tired and bed poorly made with unmatched pillow cases. Drapes are falling off the track and with dirty marks. Chair stained. Window sills covered with dust and hair. Advertised underfloor heating not found just freezing tiles. Room was more expensive as it supposedly had a lake view, but only if you remain standing the view was a car park a fence and a water tank. Sealant around bathroom tiles grungy. Walls ceilings and cupboards dirty. Management obviously needs to learn some attention to detail skills get out of the office and inspect the rooms. Plenty more issues to see but why should I do their job for them. Didn't try the restaurant, not worth the risk after experiencing the room.
