β β β β β Nice facilities and well maintained rooms.
The hotel location is right beside the Good Shepherd Church and the lake. It is easily accessible by road.
We stayed here in December 2020 and enjoyed it.
Rooms were nice and cozy. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed by the time we reached. So it is recommended to check and arrange in advance.
Weather was quite cold as compared to normal and we were lucky to have got clear day and cloudless night.
It made the stargazing in the night, very memorable.
Overall well recommended.

The staff were friendly and there was a nice restaurant (Jack Rabbit) with 10% discount if you also stay at the hotel.

β β β β β Well not what a hotel should be, bathroom was dirty other people's hair in the back of the door and on the floor gross, place is noisy, rooms dark because of balustrade, view was pretty lovely, staff were polite and helpful, cleaning cleaning cleaning!!!very basic, we paid $180 so not worth it.

β β β β β Stayed here for two nights. At the first night, I found that the showerwater temperature was too hot or too cold and couldn't adjust at all. I was disappointed that I couldnβt take a bath after a day of playing. I didnβt call the reception because it was too late. I told the reception next day for this problem, the service attitude is very good, saying that we will send someone to repair it. Then afternoon we passed the hotel and went in to confirm that the repair was completed. The answer was that it was repaired. We went out to have dinner and to waitedfor the stars to take some photos. When we returned to the hotel, I found that the water temperature was still too hot or too cold, the child cried and said to his mother that the water is too hot! The front desk attitude is very good, the location of the hotel is good, but very disappointed with this facility.

β β β β β The staff was friendly and helpful and the location is central, however the rooms were disappointment the windows were facing the street so you can hear and see whoever is walking, you can hear the neighbours getting in and out of the rooms next door or the floor above. The shower tap in one of the rooms needed a replacement and the receptionist did apologies and mentioned the hotel is under renovation to improve the insulation and rooms.

β β β β β Staff were very nice and friendly and the rooms were cleaned as best as possible, close to the lake however thatβs were the advantages end.
The hotel is very dated, needs paint, very small, the water pressure is pretty bad. The room we had was right by the motorway and had no AC. Wouldnβt stay again

β β β β β Room had a great view, and the check in experience was great.
That's the best I have to say about it. During our stay, the heater and fridge weren't working, then the water got shut off to the room with no notice. It was 4+ hours until it was back on, we called the night manager who advised there were council works and that there was nothing they could do. No offer of a bottle of water (was advised that, despite the place having a bar and restaurant, there were no bottles of water on site). So we went to bed without a shower, without brushing our teeth and without being able to have a drink or be able to flush the toilet.
Really not good enough.

β β β β β Location is great, you can view the lake from the room, room was not serviced for the entire stay for 3 days. Reason covid level 2, no info or advise while booking. Reception is great, staff are helpful and polite. We visited in the peak holiday season during Christmas. Could improve the experience with small improvements and service. Will not visit again to the hotel.
