I was told there were different rules that applied to me and I was not allowed in the store, i was told I could call on phone from outside the shop. When I asked why these rules were being implemented the staff did not know. If mask exemptions are acknowledged everywhere else why on earth is a pet shop making up their own rules? Definitely will not be supporting this business.
