โ โ โ โ โ Now only open 5 days a week, so must be making plenty. Service is rubbish. Excuses about a prescription being 4 days out of date when they were closed for 2 of them "But we can sell you 3 pills for an extortionate markup, or go back to the Doctor for a new prescription" Yeah, right, try and get a Doctor's appointment for the next day. Due to only getting part of my prescription each time, I have to go every 4 weeks apparently. They've pulled stunts like this before, so elsewhere I go. Arrogant, unhelpful.

โ โ โ โ โ Some staff are lovely, some incredibly rude. Itโs really a lucky dip each visit. Each time Iโve collected a prescription the ladies have been short and bordering on rude when collecting prescriptions and they never smile. Customer service is definitely not their forte ? the pharmacist is lovely though.

โ โ โ โ โ Counter staff unfriendly and unhelpful. I am voting with my feet - after my experience there today, there is no way they are getting my custom again.
Updating my review: Ed Rose was willing to discuss my concerns, and while I accept that what has happened can't be changed, I still feel the staff could have- and should have- been more helpful and more compassionate.
I am changing the review from one star to two.
