★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended by our hostel, we popped into Peterpan to enquire about the thermal baths. Lady assisting gave us information on the different baths in the area, prices, best times to visit. Info about the different Maori experiences available and even a voucher for free drinks and recommendations on where to eat! Very friendly and very helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a sunny afternoon, I just wandered in to Peterpans Rotorua to get a quote on the Taupo skydiving. I was actually clueless about the rest of my travels in New Zealand, and people online were skeptical and said that I had too much to cover in too few days. The staff here were a wonderful group of ladies from the UK. Beth, one of them, was super helpful and kind (and funny :D) and offered to help me plan the rest of my NZ trip. She did everything, right from the activities to the transport and accommodation. My trip went without a hitch and I had loads of fun. Thanks a ton, guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most helpful travel agents you will ever come across ! Chloe is out of this world amazing at her job and a lovely person to deal with. We arrived one Saturday morning with no plan just an idea that we wanted to fly to Fiji in the next few days. Chloe made it happen, she gave incredible advice and helped us design a custom made Fiji trip! We had to leave Rotorua before everything was finalized but Chloe kept in touch via email keeping us up to date. She managed to pull it all together in such short time and we had the most amazing trip EVER! Great travel agent and amazing staff!!

Though all information is usually available online, it is very important to plan it well and Lucy just did that for us. Thank you for the beautiful memories in Rotorua especially since my dad was around for my graduation. We had great fun! ?
