Will definitely use them again as the Staff were great to deal with.

Their pleasant and professional driver collected our car as Pete's Towing acted IMMEDIATELY after State Insurance's gross blundering - which also continued into delaying the car's repair at the destination of the excellent Autocraft Panel beaters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the Wahine very polite and accommodating when I visited the yard on Thursday the 24. 02.22 , I also appreciate the advice given to me previously on the phone with the same person , it was very good to meet her. I also had the opportunity to deal with a male worker on the same day to fill out paperwork , I don't think he was feeling well that day , he never smiled , greeted me and I didn't appreciate his attitude .
I did find the overall service professional. I would recommend Pete's Towing Whangarei.

A wheel fell off our caravan on SH1 and Webb’s got a truck out quickly, made sure we were OK, the driver was great managing to winch the caravan onto the truck without damaging it - no easy thing as it was on its hub in the gravel on the berm! He delivered it to a local repairer and carefully got the caravan off again. He’d even taped down the loose trim to make sure it didn’t blow off. A great end to a stressful event!!!
