★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poorly set up. Items all over the floor and had to step over items. Fish tanks very crowded and turtles in a tank far to small for the amount in there. Looks dirty and messy and would not recommend buying an items let alone animals from this store!

Michael and his staff including Maureen could not be more helpful they run a wonderful shop and are just at the end of the phone if any help or advice is needed I can not speak highly enough of the wonderful team at Petmart two good clean shops plenty of stock and plenty of parking. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ May not be the biggest in Nelson but had what I wanted (cat litter) much cheaper than animates - and a better product too. Also saw they had same brush I paid $27 for at animates for $12.. Nice shop and staff. Will be back!
