Have new phone so iys already more difficult than normal to work out how to access my account via cell phone outside Animates. The biscuits I want are not in stock. Have to go over to Mount branch. What a drama!! And pay full price cant work out discount process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shop, great service, only let down is if all parks are full and cars are parked where the spaces are designed there is no way to get a wheelchair through due to bollard placement. The yellow hatched painted area for the disability park is blocked by the bollard poles. You can't drive a 200 kg power chair through the garden which is the only available option.... Lucky for us there was one empty car space to get through

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely staff only suggestion is getting someone in who owns aquariums or has experience in the fish hobby the lack of basic knowledge was consurning when purchasing snails please dont sell fish that require special care such as live food and then refuse to sell them once you find out what your actually selling customers shouldn't be educating staff you should really know the animals you have brought into your store and how to care for them
Its sad really I feel like animates should only be for cats,dog,bird and rodents it's not just this animates in particular I dont think I've gone into one yet that has a dedicated person to care for the poor fish ????
