Had a free diagnostic (other places charge $80 for that), and was provided with a few practical options to fix it (including one that would cost me nothing). To my delight, I was able to pick up a near-new ex-demo replacement laptop with all my data transferred over before the end of the day. To top it all off, they cut me an amazing deal and a 6 month warranty. I couldn't be happier - highly recommend!

The team has been very nice, quick and efficient.
The screen was first replaced in 24h. Once I brought the laptop back home I noticed an issue with the manufacturer's screen (despite checking at the store). I contacted the team who came to my place to pickup the laptop.
The screen has been replaced a second time, free of charge and was ready to pickup the following day.
Overall, I had a brand new screen extremely quickly (48h). The operation was not cheap but considering the quality and speed of the work and support, definitely worth it.
I will definitely come back and highly recommend ?
