Absolutely disgusted with the service I received at Phil and Dan's. The purchase of a mattress and base itself was very easy and straightforward. The salesperson was pleasant and friendly. I asked several questions about how the bed would be delivered to me. I specifically asked if it would need assembly of any kind and was told it would be delivered as I saw it in the shop. The day of delivery I was told by the delivery person that not only did it require a degree of assembly but that I would have to help unload it from the van and help get it into the house. If I had known that I could have had someone here. I have Fibromyalgia and being forced to lift heavy objects causes me immense pain. I would never use this business again. Poor communication and service.

Went in yesterday for there 'upto 70% off sale' and there was nothing with 70% off. Poor quality furniture, expensive, and when asked about order times things would take 4ish weeks to get here.. absolute waste of my time even coming in. Staff were both unprofessional, no uniform and not helpful. It seems others also can't find anything with 70% off.

I ordered a dining set from you and I would have given you 5 stars if it wasn’t for some issues I had with my order. 1- My delivery date was supposed to be on 17/08/2018 but no one showed up that date. When I called your store, they apologized and we agreed to have delivered on 30/08. No one called to say that delivery was canceled, I was waiting the whole day. 2- We agreed in the store that the delivery includes the assembly. When the delivery person delivered the set, I was told it includes everything I need and that I need to assemble it myself and left. I called back your store and a nice lady answered, she said it’s not right and she called back the delivery person, had them return and assemble the set. If it wasn’t for that lady, I would have given you guys a lower rating. Overall it was a nice solid dining set that I like, but I wish you guys were more customer oriented and that I don’t have to constantly call for updates. Thanks

We bought a Cloud Rest King Bed a couple of months ago, just before the Covid-19 lockdown, which delayed shipping and was out of everyone's control. Phil & Dan and their staff had amazing communication, they replied to emails very quickly and kept us in the loop with delivery. They also sent a letter to their customers advising them of the delays and thanking their customers for their patience, which we received shortly before the bed was ready. They delivered it as soon as it arrived to their warehouse. Would highly recommend these guys, quality furniture & bedding at great prices and the customer service is great.

Me and my wife brought a super king bed from Phil and Dans. They delivered it out to me on Thursday the following week after work. Best service I’ve received in a while. They didn’t charge me for delivery and went out of their way to accomodate us because we required delivery at a rather specific time. We looked at a few stores but found them not pushy and good prices. We paid $1899 and we got a headboard with the bed also We will be back to buy more. (28 Jul) I had brought an item (via afterpay) from here. I had only received ONE (confirmation) email, I had not received any emails regarding when item was ready to pick up so a couple of weeks after making the transaction I called up and no one seemed to know anything about my order. I was told because it was done online that someone else deals with the online orders and hadn’t put it through into the system. I was then told they would get back to me by the end of the week. A few days later I received a voicemail from their warehouse saying my item was ready to pick up. A day or two later I rang back up to sort a time to pick up then to be told AGAIN they couldn’t find my order (was told the same thing - that they’ll need to get in touch with the person who deals with the online orders etc). Lockdown happened and I thought I won’t try and bother them because of what has been going on so I left it for a few weeks once we were out of lockdown I rang again to be told that cos of covid there has been massive delays with shipping which I understood but still knew the delay issues/issue finding my order started long before covid/lockdown. (11 Sep) I rang again and was told they would get it sorted today and will call me back (as they were now familiar with me/my issue - from previous calls). No call back. (15 Sep) I emailed them asking for a follow up on my order they replied on the (16 Sep) saying they are now waiting for it to be back in stock in their distribution centre. A little frustrated but I continued to wait a little longer as I know covid is out of everyone’s control. (23 Sep) I got an email from their sales team regarding the delays of covid. (21 Oct) Almost a whole month later I received an email from after pay regarding my order that it had been cancelled and I’ll be getting refunded which I was very confused about. I received an automated email shortly after this from the company regarding the cancellation/refund. Absolutely no contact from them explaining why my order was cancelled. (27 Oct) I’ve now jumped onto their website to try and do a review and the first thing I see is the item I purchased being advertised on their site. Not happy at all!

Fantastic service and wonderful product! From the beginning of the process to the end I have received great service. Fully updated on the arrival of lounge suite. Delivery was brilliant they arranged a time that suited us. We are very happy with lounge suite too. Very comfortable and just what we needed. Thank you for making our purchase so easy.

Good value basic home furniture. Not too big a selection, great friendly staff and plenty of parking. Also offer delivery for a fee. This is the second time I have purchased from this store. The only let down both times has been delivery times. They told me a week, for each order. So far it has been 10 weeks (for the 2nd order) and still waiting. The first time took several weeks to arrive. I would prefer they told me a longer wait time, and then get it sooner, than the other way round.
