★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accidentally left my farmers clubcard there and I'm glad I left it. I was queuing and it was my turn to pay then a lady just cut in front of me and the cashier didn't bat an eye at this audacity. Like.... there are others behind me queuing like? As if a line doesn't exist?! I want to give zero stars but eh. I'd recommend going to Farmers at Hornby, WARM customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to buy men's clothes. It has a wide range of products. They sell what is in fashion for this year. If you are not driven by the latest trends and want something a bit different look elsewhere. Costs more than the warehouse if you are not looking for a brand item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is just so dull & 'outdated'. Really dislike going into the men's department as its disorganised & like going through a maze. Put clothing items together instead of all over the shop floor. i.e., Shirts should be in one place, trousers in one place etc ! On occasion I have seen an item on a mannequin, looked for it, had to ask a member of staff & they didn't know either. Men's underwear is fortunately all together in the one place. Generally, I walk out of the store as I get fed up trying to find things in the claustrophobic layout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get some dress pants in black and a dress jacket for a young 12 year old. Absolutely nothing to choose from. Yes it might be online but they should carry stock in the shops as well. Won't be going back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of ladies clothing and accessories. Great layout. Spacious areas. Saw a wheelchair bound person moving around easily. There are all the usual departments that you find at other farmers stores. What irks me is the lack of staff asking if you need help or assistance. This happened on my last mid year visit. I was looking for something in particular, staff would repeatedly walk past me, put stock back on shelves but never once asked if I needed help. Department stores traditionally exist with great or impeccable customer services. This is a big part of repeat business. PR is a must. It doesn't take much to install in front line staff to learn how to greet, check in on and say goodbye. Thank you
