Still, I'd say they are a WAY WAY better option than HardlyNormal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had to return some earphones twice (on extended warranty) the service was excellent (ian you are a credit to the franchise)... its not the stores fault that the earphones didnt live up to the manufacture hype... but the store was awesone..full replacement and a new extended warranty. No issues.. awesone :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an Acer laptop here about 7 months ago which unfortunately ended up having issues (not Jb's fault), they organised getting it sent back to be fixed for me. Acer had to order parts for repairs and were unable to give any ETA which was frustrating as I used this laptop for my work as I'm a freelancer. I emailed back and forth with the sales manager who advised me to go into the store, speak to IT and they would sort out a replacement for me.
I went in and spoke to Michael (I think that was his name), he's assisted me 3 separate times now and honestly he deserves a pay rise. He was so helpful, actually listened to what I needed in a laptop for my work and helped me pick out the best replacement. Not to mention the extremally generous discount he provided me. Huge, huge thank you to you and the awesome service you all provide! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dark hair chubby guy was unhelpful and not interested in helping when I wanted to buy an iphone 13 for my daughter. However young tall chap was v helpful. Security guy is always friendly and pleasant.

Matt has a welcoming and positive attitude that I always enjoying seeing whenever I go to the store. Both are excelent assets to this team, since staff like that are the reason that I prefer coming to JB Hifi over other competitors
