★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We weren't happy with the original family photo that had been selected (School Photos), so we contacted Photolife directly and they sent through all the pictures via email for us to choose from. We picked the perfect one which represented our kids. Thanks for accommodating us, I know it would be hard trying to select 1 picture, as I can imagine how pedantic some parents are, it might be best to have a couple of photos available (pending memory storage capability) for us to select from as some of us parents like the quirky shots :))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sibling photo I had taken of my sons through school was awful. Not only was the picture blurred/fuzzy, my two older sons had part of their heads cut out of the picture and my youngest son looked startled, like a possum caught in headlights. I ended up having to buy 3 separate packs of their individual photos at a higher cost (which makes me wonder if this was their plan) just to have something to send the grandparents. Look elsewhere if you want good group/sibling photos that are worth keeping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My niece had her school photo taken and she wear prescription glasses. They placed her in the middle of the photo and when we recieved the photo you can't even recognize her because the glare on her glasses completely covers her eyes. My sister emailed them and Natasha responded with a insincere apology and sent a photoshopped picture saying it was the best they could do (it was absolutely horrible). What a pathetic response and excuse. This company has been taking photos for years even from when I was at school and im 24 so the fact that they can't get it right is shocking and so disappointing. I won't share the photo because I don't want to post photos of my niece and her school online. They didn't even offer a refund. My niece is so upset and we will never be purchasing photos from them again.

Ordered photos on 4th December no response from their side. While I contacted them, they had taken print out just after 10days and they told to courier me it take another 15days may be or more than that. So pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They told my friend to “open her eyes more” when taking a school id photo and then proceeded to say that she shouldn’t smile in her photo cause she looked like she was blinking. The casual racism was just horrific and it really hurt my friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ have tried calling but seems very busy to answer phone, seems this might get to them quicker. My issue with this company is that they think it is ok to charge $16 for a digital download. The download in question is only 5mb. For $16 I would of expected a RAW file at the very least but still would be gritting my teeth as it is $16. $5 for a 5mb file is a good price but $16? No. Also the image with both our children is $25 ? and the file is also of the lower end quality of 5mb. How many families out with limited budgets can afford 5mb files of their kids at these prices?. Extortion, unless they lower their prices we won't be ordering again
