Absolutely terrible, was supposed to be given treatment for 1 hour for serious pain but the indian women who works there only saw me for 10 minutes every time and did not want to put in any effort and wanted to get rid of me as fast as possible like I was bothering her. It was strange. She also did not change the towels from the previous sessions so they were dirty/oily etc and seemed irritated when I asked politely for a change. She thought she could just see me for 10 mins and then collect the full amount of money from ACC for one hour's work.
Do not waste your time with this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called this physio to make an appointment and the lady informed me that the Kelston branch is closed. I asked if she knows if any of the physios are open nearby, and she just bluntly said NO and slammed the phone.
