I booked my first session with them bcoz they have a tie-up with les mills.
I waited for a couple of weeks for this appointment, and on an appointment day, the admin person called and gave two reasons.
The physio is out of town, and the physio does not come to New Lynn on Monday then. Why the appointment was booked for Monday.
Physio can cancel or reschedule the appointment, but we have to pay if we cancel it
