great in diagnosing my condition and relieving my pain to a great extent. Would surely recommend Hands out to anyone for hand related pain.

โ โ โ โ โ I had a first visit here today, referred by my GP. I found that a physio lady was very rude and aggressive for whole this visit. Everything i answered for her questions, she challenged me or aggressively talked me back, tried to deny my symptoms. She did not try to understand or show me any sympathy. She sounded that she doubt my symptoms that i described. It made me tearful during this visit. Then she asked my daughter( who was waiting at reception ) to come next to me, which i didn't want to. There are one big room from the reception to the examination room, so anyone can see and hear the patience and physio lady. I didn't think at that time but after i had bad treatment from this lady and it made me tearful, i am embarrassed at end of this treatment to get through the reception. There is no privacy. Physio lady denied my symptoms that i have pain as i can drive, do house work and i didn't take pain killer...etc. My daughter is also not happy about the way this physio lady talked to me. I am very sad and depressed after this visit.
