β β β β β Fantastic staff, well educated and they really know their stuff. I always felt like I've been looked after but especially the fact that I didn't feel I was just another patient on the day, even 5hough all my appointments were at the end of the day. No ACC surcharge which I think is a big thing these days. Highly recommended

β β β β β Never even got to see a physio. Booked an appointment for the tuesday, called to confirm and got no reply. Emailed them explaining my situation and still no reply until the thursday. The reply said was a blunt message saying "Sorry it was not us who you booked with Iβm afraid". I had called 3 times all with no replies so i left a message and had still no reply. Called another company and answered straight away with no hassles at all.
This is not a review on the physiotherapists themselves. Im sure if i was able to get the work done that it would be a different story but the process of booking an appointment was terrible and I never even got one.
