โ โ โ โ โ Comparatively disappointing service. Forty minute appointment = 5 minutes (coming and going) of up-selling/promotion, 25 minutes of redundant Q & A, 10 minutes of actual physical-therapy + advice. $85. total. Will not return.

โ โ โ โ โ Never been to a Physio before and was going to be referred elsewhere. Thank god I rung this place to ask for my referral to go to the Woolston Clinic. Friendly staff and my Physio is awesome! Lovely, clean and hygienic due to COVID. I felt welcome, comfortable and overall supported and cared for by my Physio making sure I achieve my goals etc getting the most out of my sessions. If you live in the area or close by definitely come here or get your referral to come to these guys. 100% recommend!???

โ โ โ โ โ I've been to my fair share of physio's (and likely one or two other people's share) but I have to highlight Physio NZ in Woolston.
Jackson made everything about booking my appointment and account care easy which was a great start.
Of course, the star of the show was Renee ( I hope I spelt your name correctly). Exceptionally knowledgeable and very good practitioner. Confident, and I think pretty spot on, with her diagnosis, works with you and quickly had options if you hit a speed bump. Even if that speed bump is Covid lockdowns.
Can't say enough, and when I need I physio again...I mean IF I need a physio again. Who am I joking, I'll be back for the next injury and know I'll get fandiddlytastic care. ??

I came in with a really complicated elbow injury and I was really impressed by the goal oriented approach of my therapy. Renee was great. We worked towards goals I wanted to achieve ie being able to straighten my arm again and customized exercises around what I physically could do and what I couldn't.
The staff are really friendly and welcoming and were always respectful. I'm a really anxious person so I really liked that every part of the therapy was explained - also I learned a lot about muscles, tendons and joints!!
Very clean premises and high standards of sanitization for the covid-era.
