β β β β β Great location a real life saver cause i have no dryer and my washing machine is broken right now ughhh, all machines spotless a full dryer load from wet to dry costs as little as $6 coin changer available for convenience and plenty of seating as well as table space for folding laundry and everything is well labelled

β β β β β A very clean and presentable little laundromat. Has coin operated machines which accept $2 and $1 coins (but there is a change machine) Quite quick with a 35 minute wash and has much drying as you want in 5 minute sessions. There is a snack chocolate bar machine, a very handy swap book library and a few Hello magazines. There is an app which apparently shows what machines are in use but I have yet to try.

β β β β β The Lass's that own the laundry business work hard nightly too ensure Cleanliness of the Premises to a high standard in my opinion as I have owned a Cleaning Business before and I thought I was fussy! Yes they empty the lint nightly for fire safety reasons and the laundry machines themselves are the latest on the market and are very reasonable on prices. $1 will give you 5 minutes usually $7 - $8 Dries all my washing an I have a average size family so yes ? I highly recommend Picton Laundromat they even have a vending machine if you get hungry waiting for your washing, A Book Exchange for those who enjoy reading & the Laundromat is open until approximately 9pm (Don't quote me on that). There is a "Change Money Machine" as well that is emptied by the owner regularly to avoid damages an so it is also CCTV as well (Security Cameras ?) too keep their customers and equipment safe. I use this Laundromat regularly because fair prices, locally owned and operated and the Hygiene is awesome ?

Prices from $4 to $9 for washing, depending on size, duration, and temperature. Nice new machines.
Change machine. Seating and folding table. Outlets. Vending machines.
Has an app so that you can see if the machines are in use before you arrive as well as the pricing info. No WiFi.

β β β β β A real life saver! Opening hours are perfect, if you have a ferry to catch later that day and loads of laundry in your backpack that desperately need to be washed.
The machines are very clean, modern and get the job done for a reasonable price ($4 for 10kg, $7 for 18kg with additional hot (+$1) and/or heavy (+$1), and 20kg dryers for $1 per 5mins - youβll need 20-30mins max.) - a change machine is available as well as laundry powder. If youβre planning to wash your laundry here you can check the availability of the machines in advance with a very helpful app (Picton laundromat) that will also show you the time remaining.
There are two coffee tables with two chairs each and more chairs available, a couple outlets to charge your devices, a book swap shelf, a folding table, a vending machine with some standard but affordable snacks and a couple of free information brochures to make your wait more pleasant.
We had a lovely morning doing our laundry before our ferry!
