β β β β β My mother in law called the hotel before booking to be absolutely certain that she could book a wheelchair accessible room and she was assured it would be suitable for me. The only wide car park wasnβt available when we got there so I had to park in 2 spots just so i could get out of the car, then was told to move shortly after.
The door from the car park to our building has a high lip on it which I couldnβt manage alone.
The shower was so tight to get into I was lucky I had someone there to help me get in and out, I wouldnβt recommend as wheelchair accessible even though thatβs what the room is labeled as on the website.
I found everything in the kitchen was stored up on the top shelves out of reach.
I realise the world is not made for people with disabilities but it would be nice to expect that we can at least get inside the building without assistance when it has been advertised and told over many phone calls as disability friendly.
We stayed in the Luxurious 2 Bedroom Oxley Apartment (Sleeps 4)

β β β β β 5 stars is not enough to rate the penthouse we stayed one night..thus us insane. I have never stayed in this luxury before and will never forget it. Will be back definitely! The apartment was so clean and perfect I wanted to live there forever)
